Service Description

This option is geared towards persons who are interested in benefitting from coaching but who might have constraints due to their dynamic schedules. You are welcome to go at your own pace, and schedule individual sessions when they are most convenient to you.

To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least one (1) hour before the start of the session.
